Dear Select Committee on Security and Justice,

My husband passed away 2018. I applied for orphans pension funds in 2019. Submitted all documents and followed all procedures but up to present they have not received any pension. I call weekly and I'm told file has no quiery but its not finalized. I'm told every time file is written emergency for 2 years now. My husband was a breadwinner of our family. It's so heartbreaking, to mourn loose and be neglected by department.
