Dear Portfolio Committee on Land Reform and Rural Development, we as the OCPA (Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association) in the Free State urgently needs your help!

The department of Rural Development and Land reform Free State are spending thousands of Rands on Mediation on the Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association however this reports ends up in the dustbin.

Honey Attorneys wrote a report called the Honey Attorney Enquiry 2021. They did an excellent job with findings and suggestions, however RDLR Free State never implemented this suggestions and the report became useless. How is this possible when the OCPA Members are unemployed, without land and starving while RDLR Free State are sitting in their air-conditioned offices. There has been no mediation from 2022 till now.

People are getting frustrated and are becoming impatient because RDLR are dragging their feet when it comes to the Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association.

We urgently need your help to place the Oppermansgronde Communal Property Association under administration!!
