Dear Portfolio Committee on basic education I respect your work and want to thank you for your evert to beter our education and our country by building strong youth for the future.
I really must bring under your attention the live skill of Swimming in the Free State Province and to deliver swimmers that can participate on national level. Especially upcoming black swimmers

we have a major challenge in our District especially in the Thabo Mofutsanyana District were we are neglected and every effort to establish a district structure on school level are shooted down by individuals that are there for there own gain.
Do to there connections and being on almost every structure it is impossible for the provisional system to handel this.
money are not accounted for no auditing etc was done for the last 4 years.

Please I plead for a investigation, not by people in the Free State Province, because money are taken away from kids especially in rural areas where the drowning are alarming.
