Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,

I'm writing this message concerning the inhumane treatment to Rev Tim Omotoso who was arrested since the 20th of April 2017. Arrested based on hearsay, there was no thorough investigation to accumulate enough evident so that the "so called victims" and the state can back up their mere argument. There was no warrant of arrest, the charge sheet is vague with no detailed and specified incidents. The right to a fair trial is one of the most litigated human rights therefore the Right of the Man of God has been infringed of getting a fair trial. Up until now the Man of God is still incarcerated yet He is not proven guilty. The Criminal Justice system has dismally failed therefore the Man of God must be released. The state has no case against Him, in this 3 year they should have finished their investigation and come out with evidences but its shows that there is no case here.
