Dear Standing Committee on Finance,


I am writing to the STANDING COMMITTEE with regard to the recent IMF loan by the government that has come with so much public criticism. I want to know if the loan would be accepted if it came from another private person or institution? Was there a TENDER process by the government? Does it come at the best rates and terms? Can we compare the terms to other LENDERS perhaps? Was the guarantee required? if so, was it the sovereign guarantee?
