Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development, we would like your assistance in fencing fields for the community of Kamastone, Qumbu. To help local farmers and be able to create jobs for the community that has high unemployment rate. Planting of those fields have help the community before and caused employment until the project was abandoned. It is a tested model that has worked for the community before and help create employment.
