Dear Portfolio Committee on Environment, Forestry and Fisheries,
I am the former DDG: Fisheries Management- and as a private citizen I am not able to watch my constitutional rights and liberties trampled by lies and malice as been recently where false information about me and the fisheries department is presented to Parliament.
I will in the new week deliver evidence documents to demonstrate how I stopped corruption (of the DG and a number of senior officials including the current acting DDG). There is no criminal case against me - it is false information deliberately told to misdirect the focus on true matters of fisheries. This information is verifiable and I request the honorable members to interrogate it and ask the fisheries department for the evidence of all the claims they make( there is none). Further the PSC report; Harris&Nupen; Budlender; iFirm forensic investigation, various AG reports all bear evidence to show that the members are being misled. I will make a formal submission to the committee to this regards.
Thanking you greatly
Siphokazi Ndudane
