Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,

"I would like to make a submission to pariament in line with the rule of law as stated in the constitution. I therefore request in the interest of justice a fair trial, without favor and prejudice for Rev Tim Omotoso and that the state should do their invistigation and provide a proper detailed charge sheet, in the interest of adminiatration of justice. Its a violation of human right in a criminal case to detain a person on a vague charge sheet. A fair trial ensures justice for both the complainants and the defendants".
