Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,

I would like to make a submission to parliament in line with the rule of law as stated in the constitution. I therefore request in the interest of justice a fair trial, without favor or prejudice for Rev Tim Omotoso and that the state should do their proper investigation and provide a proper detailed charge sheet, in the interest of administration of justice. Its a violation of human right in a criminal case to detain a person on vague charge sheet. A fair trial ensures justice for both the complaints and defendants.
