My name is Keaton browers I currently live in ward37 in Nelson Mandela bay metro .fellow chair for as long as 18 years the residents of ext 32 have to live in informal houses government along side the municipality is ashes around the matter .it can not be that National sends money to upgrade the informal settlement but than it get send back it's is a serious matter and a concern that for 18 years our people have to suffer .The area has become a merger health risk as people in informal settlement have to throw there poop around and a public health matter could the national department please intervene asap or send a report down to why the houses can't be bulit
