Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,

Will you please take the time to clarify the following 2 points:

1. What happens to the contract between an owner and a financial institution in the event of the expropriation of a property and
2. Which properties, specifically, could expect to be targeted in the expropriation drive?

Failure to explain the above points in clear detail will only serve to solidify my aversion to the bill.
