Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,

1)/The wording :- "including, but not limited to” is unacceptable"
Needs to be specific & clear....otherwise it opens this Bill up to abuse & corruption.

2) If the land is expropriated, then the government needs to take over the bond.... The bank needs to write off that bond....as you will no longer have a vested interest in that property & can NOT benefit from it

3) The government had had 25 years to address the land issue. Why it has not been done, needs to be investigated by the Zondo Commision & answers given to the citizens of SA
