Kindy advise if it is proper for the CEO of the Council for Geoscience to use a rented top of the range vehicles from January to December including weekends and holidays if this is not part of his benefits as defined in his contract of employment.
if this is permissible, which legislation allows this and what are the financial thresholds in this regard. at face value, this is a clear abuse of public funds.

lately, the same CEO has bought 2 vehicles worth just over R2m each having placed undue pressure to his executives to buy him these when the CFO raised concern over vehicle rental that he labelled as illegal . should it not have been the CFO reporting this.
