Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA),
I want to report corruption of irregular appointments happened in one of the departments, candidates are appointed while they don't meet minimum job requirements. I want to know the direct person whom I can forward the details of corruption for investigation and terminate the appointment
