Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

According to the amendments of the Employment services amendment bill:

I am against placing quotas on Foreign nationals this must only be based on scarce resources and transfer of skills to Citizens within a stipulated period of time or their work visa gets revoked.

No Asylum seeker or Refugee must be allowed to work or run a business in South Africa , they must be kept Refugee camps.

This Bill doesn’t prioritise South Africans and is Unconstitutional to the Rights of the unemployed South Africans.

I am against this Bill in all its aspects and believe the current law if properly implemented satisfies all South Africans
