Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services,

Since the government is unable to verify a South Africa citizenship of this newly elected members and home affairs inability and continues failures in its mandate. We Suggest the following pre requests before changes are made:

1. Only People who have blood rights as according to the legal principle of Jus Sanguinis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jus_sanguinis) not Jus Soil (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jus_soli), should be allowed. if the person was Neutralized than on his children children must are allowed. This actually comes from old Traditional african laws of inheritance and regional authority. Also it makes very difficult for hostile countries or individuals (or extremsist terrorism groups) to interfere with SA politics and economy.

2. The regulation must have an anti terrorism & islamisation as rule with the national security rule: As islamisation grows through migration, intermarriage enfluene etc (https://yaqeeninstitute.org/hassam-munir/how-islam-spread-throughout-the-world/) this will have a significant effect to the ordinary black people of south africa as they wont have the best interest at heart.

3. South Africa should not have an Obama and should do everything they can to limit American politics in South African politics. Obama was a disaster for ordinary black Americans more specifically the descendent of Slavery (https://ados101.com/ados-101).

4. Also note lenient Citizenship laws an cause instability and sued by colonizers to gain control after the end of slavery and Berlen conference, reason birth right citizenship mainly practiced in the Americas, in order to import more slaves and made easily to move people from 1 colony to the next... a total disregard of African Traditional blood right laws.

5. A very strict National Security clearance regulation must be employed, SANDF, SSA etc must be involved etc...
