Hope this commentary finds you well.
I am not sure if this section is correct for my submission of my commentary.I am in dissagreement of hiring other people who are not origin of this land and also dont bring any scarce skills.I am affected graduatute who studied a very difficult course out of nothing but my own government never gave me an opportunity to grow in my career.Its sad cause today as I speak I am still busy applying for internship and competing with GenZ.Government failed our parents who never had opportunity to study and today failed us who tried to educate ourselves and on top of that wants to continue to disappoint next generations to come.I am hurting and we "the academics" see whats is happening even the departments are dominated by incompetent people,nepotism and people who are not from oringinally here but we are here suffering afterall the government wants to prioritise people who dont orginate here....
