I have been in Melkbosstrand for three months and I have never seen so many dogs in my life。

I seems to be a cult， a behaviour cultivated over the years and it is getting worse。

It is not normal behaviour。I have nothing against dogs but it cannot be healthy for society。

I have been all over the world and I have never experienced anything like this。
