I am a Danish journalist looking into misconduct and abusive behaviour from G4S.
On the page with the minutes from your committee meeting in September there is an attachment called DCS: Investigations Reports, but it is the document on unnatural deaths that is downloaded when clicked. I would kindly ask for a link to the investigations report.

I am also very interested in hearing if there are any results from the investigation into the death of Danish citizen Peter Frederiksen, who died in Mangaung Correctional Facility in September 2024.

Also, if any of you would like to participate in an interview about Mangaung, I would also be very interested in this.
