Dear Sir
My daughter ,Shannon Viljoen, passed N6 at College of Cape Town.She provide the college with the necessary documents eg. portfolio,exp. testimonials of work at Hotels.The college send it to Dhet,that was in 2019,we still wait on her diploma.
We contact the college,they got alot of excuses.We underprivelage and it took our last penny to pay college fees.
Plse i dont know where to complain,because i dont get any respond
