Dear Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans,

I applied for Special Pension under Ref no SP 30376691 8 Years ago.

Mr Kabelo Denied me access to the Special Pensions, because I served 2 Years in the SADF as Member of the Non Statutory Permanent Force of the SADF, and another 13 Years as Conscript since I was Dishonorably Discharged from the PF service and called up for Conscription immediately.
He also refuse me the application form for the Special Pensions Appeal Board.

Can you please help me with this matter?
