Dear Portfolio Committee on Social Development,

At present the apartheid government church based social workers still occupy jurisdictions that is Unconstitutional conduct. We want the whole of South Africa under one jurisdiction namely the Department of Social Development.
At this moment die Dutch Reformed Church social workers who call themselves the CMR or CSC unlawfully removes children and place them in places that is not approved by the Head of the Department which is a violations of Act 167 of the children's Act.

The past 2 weeks Magda Vermaak from the Wonderboom Dutch Reformed Church has abducted 15 children from the Pretoria West area and place them in places that is not approved by the Head of the Department. One child is already dead and another is still in a coma in the ICU.

The DRChurch social workers are getting paid by the Department of SD and this has now developed in a money making illegal child trafficking syndicate and business. She claimed R360 000 from DSD for one family who have 9 children. Parliament give me instructions to press criminal charges against this apartheid remnant women but it was impossible since she has involved the Hervules Police station and the neighbourhood watch in this compensation scheme while abducting the children.
We and the Foster Care Action Groups are not fighting this unlawful conduct in the High Court and will help this family to claim damages.
The Director of Social Development was informed about this infringement of section 39 in the Bill of Rights. Department of SD should only use trained and registered social workers who are on the payroll of DSD. We urge DSD to wipe out the jurisdictions that is occupied under the apartheid welfare laws of the Dutch Reformed Church and the CSC. The SACSSP gives licenses freely to these people without them getting any training. The system is a violation of all citizens of South Africans human rights.
I believe you know the case of Solomon Mondlane we are fighting with him now to restore his parental rights. The grandparents who abducted his children after his wife died should have approach the High Court to obtain custody over his children.
Now he was desperate to get Justice for all these years why did nobody informed him the correct way to fight the unlawful abduction of his children by his family.
The same happen to a couple from Lady Smith and in all these cases the apartheid CMR or Christian Social Council were involved to infringe human rights just to get compensation from the Department for their so called services.
In all cases where the CSC were involved we never have a choice to obtain the services of a DSD social worker because of the jurisdictions awarded to the apartheid remnant who are executing their discriminating actions on innocent people and families.
Thousand of children were unlawfully removed over the past decades just for the apartheid socials to claim money from the Government the DSD.
