Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour, I would like your office to intervene the maladministration at CCMA Bloemfontein. My case was delayed for 19 months without a set down. I lodged a dispute timeously on the 24 March 2025, conciliation was supposed to sit on the 23 April 2025 (30-day rule) On the 09 September 2026 CCMA sent me an email and a certificate saying 'They missed to set my case. They referred my case to the security Bargaining council.
I can confirm that CCMA Bloemfontein has Jurisdiction to sit Correctional service cases including G4s
