My wife applied for and was approved for Covid Relief Funding with DEDEA in Gqebeha in or around November 2020. To this day, she hasn't received the money promised. We followed up with DEDEA in Gqeberha at the end of 2021 and were told that applications were forwarded to the department in Bhisho and that someone would be in touch with us to give us an update as to when the funds will be deposited into her business account. It's almost 2 years since our last communication with DEDEA and we haven't heard a word.

My question is, when will the funds be deposited? If you have no knowledge of such, who is the most relevant person you can direct us to, maybe at national level, who will resolve this issue?
