The Committee may not know that the Minister established the Council Advisory Committee (CAC) pursuant to the current Protection of Housing Consumers Measures Act.

Why has this Report by the CAC not been used in drawing up the Housing Consumer Protection Bill 2019?

The Council Advisory Committee Recommendations should be carefully considered given the considerable time and expense employed by the DHS in this regard.
