Dear Standing Committee on Finance,

I would like to inform the Committee that I have problems communicating with SARS, even with the whistle blower program on the internet, going to SARS offices, where I received guidance and instructions from the security guards at the entrance of SARS offices, they don't have drop boxes anymore, to receive information about fraud information.
I reported a case of over R500 000 VAT owing to SARS, by a club, received a number over internet to my email address, and nothing happened. It is a free for all, to rob SARS. So, my impression is, that we can get away with this.
Makes me wonder how much money SARS really loose, with this relaxed policy and future budgets, that must make up for the losses.
Please send inspectors to the Nigel golf club, Gauteng, SARS to sort out the club's plans and make it easier to report information to SARS.
