CONFLICT OF INTEREST, COLLUSION AND UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES

The background facts are that a funding application was declined by the NEF and a month later the NEF trustee left the NEF to pursue the same mining project that was earlier considered and declined by the Board Investment Committee which he served as a member resulting in the former NEF trustee through his commercial vehicle being funded R15 million by NEF for the same mining project that was declined funding.
I have sent the description of the complaint to Ntombi and Ben email addresses. ALL DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE WILL BE CONVEYED ON REQUEST.
