Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

could you please direct me to an email address to submit a complaint re our account with the Compensation Commissions office. I have been trying to resolve a dispute since 2014 and do not get a response at all just another demand to pay the account. The calculation of this account is incorrect but I am unable to get a response from anyone in the office. I have tried all the email addresses listed with absolutely no response at all, let alone an attempt to understand the incorrect calculation and resolve the dispute.
In the meantime a worker has submitted a claim for an injury at work and is unable to receive compensation as we cannot receive a "good standing" status letter due to the outstanding account
