Dear Portfolio Committee.2023 may/june i went to legal aid polokwane seeking help reagarding my fathers estate as my fathers lawyer mmu jacob moruwe and the master of high court pretoria were hiding my fathers will and refusing to assist me.my legal aid lawyer is Nobhakhe Tyhaliti RefX972669423 whom i signed with her j190 and she blocked my contacts and took a transfer to eastern cape.i lodged a complaint severally and no one assisted me,thabo ledwaba head of legal aid and all his collegues never assisted me,provincial legal aid Mpho kgabi and his collegues never assisted me,National legal aid from chief executive mantiti kola,patrick hendermak and collegues never assisted me they ended blocking my emails forcing me to go to the master of high court pretoria.last year early november 2024 i was called by Sandra van heerden from polokwane legal aid she said she will be representing me,she told me that i must look for a private lawyer if i want my fathers will and i was confused.she ended reffering me to Lawyer Kobe and thabo ledwaba they said they cannot assist me as the master says there is no will forgetting that they said i am the heir,then i caused marlicious damage and i was arrested after two weeks at polokwane saps as thabo ledwaba send those police.and now at court A polokwane they dont want to listern to my story they are dicussing about me paying damages from legal aid.kindly assist me as the legal aid is not assisting but protecting my fathers lawyer mmu Jacob Moruwe attorney and the master of high court pretoria Martin mafojane and all his collegues.my father is Nkhwibidu melford maphosa passed away 2007.
