Dear Portfolio Committee on Justice and Constitutional Development,

On the 06 August 2025 polokwane magistrate court B sentenced me 4 months imprisonment with a fine of 4000 regarding marlicious damage at legal aid polokwane,furthermore they said i have to pay it by 1000 every month or back to jail.

I slept one night with dirty and stinky blankets.the magistrate told me that he cannot assist me finding my fathers wishes,he said legal aid was going to assist me if i never caused damage forgetting that they refused to assist me since 2023,he concluded by saying i have to look for a private lawyer.

Previous trail thabo ledwaba of legal aid polokwane promised court that he will come with his witness moloko eric kobe the lawyer who was also protecting my fathers lawyer mmu jacob moruwe,but failed to come with him and court never asked him.

Prosecutor said i have anger issues and i am not safe to the community as i am fighting with everyone but not minding that everyone is disrespecting my fathers wishes,i felt that it was a setup because no one wants to know about what i am fighting for and i am fighting for my belongings nothing much.

Kindly assist me finding my fathers wishes.
