The year 2022 i lodged a complaint to saps National as the polokwane saps colonel nkogatsi refused to assist me together with his collegues regarding my deceased father Nkhwibidu Melford Maphosa who was a colonel at saps marikana.

National commissioner fannie masemola forwaded my email to his collegue to assist me,they promised to assist but end up not assisting regarding my fathers will that mmu jacob moruwe and the master of high court pretoria are hiding it and blocking,And fannie masemola ended up ignoring me and his staff also
said i must look for private lawyer they cant assist me.
2022/11/29 i wrote a statement with polokwane hawks lieutenant colonel modiba,he said he was send by brigardier makinyane who was also send by lieutenant general godfrey lebeya as i lodged a complaint to him.

The statement was faxed to brigadier makinyane then he told me that he will send a case number,from 2023 January till today 2025 am still waiting and Lebeya is also ignoring me and they ended up sending their collegues to respond by saying the matter does not fall under their mandate,they said i must go to saps while saps are ignoring and refusing to assist.

Saps and hawks national caused me a lot of frustrations because they promise to assist me but end up lacking intergrity like Rahima shaik of presidency.
