Dear Portfolio Committee on Public Service and Administration. I need advice on where I should further report unpaid pension benefits for my late brother who passed on in August 2024 and to date GEPF is not paying out the benefits. Approached the gepo office but they are also not helping after the 30 days they state on their website. My mother needs the money to cover her medical bills which escalated after the passing of her son, for groceries and day to day running of the households. I was even forced to take a loan of R1000.00 to be able to assist at home since it's almost a year waiting. We need urgent assistance in the matter, please kindly assist.
