Dear Portfolio Committee On Transport,

Where is the complaint against the Motor Industry Ombudsman supposed to be directed to.The Ombudsman has been sitting on my case for more ths a year.I have evidence that lot of consumers have been prejudiced by this office through lack of finalisation on complaints forwarded to this office.They further discourage consumers from taking alternative legal steps citing their withdrawal on the matters lodged.
