I trust that you will be able to assist or point me in the right direction. I need some assistance regarding a municipality not paying there supplier. They consistently have excuses some invoices is 3 years old.

I would like to know the steps to laying a complaint against them and taking the matter further.

Do you know who would be able to assist me?
