Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA),
For the past 10 years i have been at loggerheads with the Drakenstein Municipality for reserving tenders for white businessmen. I have wrote numerous letters to government departments , the presidency , public protector and the likes . It seems that all this advertising that government assist and support whistle does not exist and we as normal citizens are just wating our time by compaining and reporting.
I approach you if you can assist
