Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, l am Xolani Brinning Ngoma a military vertaran full registered on the DMV data base. My co based on the Agricultural policy which does not come clear to military vertarans and the official of the Department, how the military access the benefits in the form of agricultural imputs are corncen as the one of the stake holder quoted to all government departments policies as designated. How can the Department expect us to have sufficient fund in our bank account in order to qualify for imputs. Why government put that barrier to us. I am writing this letter at the age of 70 yrs born (28/07/1954.)
