I Mr T MAHOMED from Newcastle kzn is facing a problem with my sentencing.
I was sentenced in May 2022 to 5 years in prison.i then did a bail pending appeal and was released on bail in September 2023 awaiting my appeal.in February 2025 I received the outcome of the appeal and it was negative.i was in custody at the time.
The case was withdrawn against me so I was taken to medium where I was told that I was to restart my sentence from the beginning. I tried explaining to the warders that I was sentenced in May 2022 why ain't the time I was in custody counted they have no answer.
I am humbly requesting for u people to plz help me with this
I will be glad should my complain be seen 5o ASAP please
