Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,
The compensation fund has a great call centre, very professional, but nothing gets resolved, no action is forthcoming. We submit and re-submit required documents over and over. Nothing gets resolved. Issues spanning a decade now… Companies are required to be compliant and produce Letters of Good Standing in order to keep operating. The CF does not respond to queries, not even escalated queries.
This needs to be addressed, urgently. I need a contact person who can and will solve administrative corrections preventing my clients from being or becoming compliant please. SEESA, cannot assist, neither can Company Partners, both huge companies, who gave me the same info - everyone is battling, not just me. My clients and I are all committed to South Africa and strive towards compliance, but we are frustrated and prevented from being/becoming complaint due to non-action of the Compensation Fund administration
