Dear Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour,

We struggle now for more than 2 year to change the sub class for one of our clients that was registered wrong by a 3rd party. The Compensation Fund prevents my client to comply by law because after several attempts and documents sent as they requested nothing was change till today.

This is not acceptable because they urgently need a Letter of Good standing

Please assist me in regarding this issue as soon as possible please
