Dear Standing Committee on Finance,

Please advise on the current status of the second draft of the COFI Bill, 2020. It was open to public comment until 30 October 2020. Then in 2022, the FSCA published the 3 year Regulation Plan. That's when the trail went cold and now there is just speculation as to whether the COFI Bill will be enacted or a third draft published for comment.
