Dear Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements,

we as tenants of lumber house situated in ward 58 langlaagte we are in need of advises.
our flat it has 51 units, and we have been living in that flat for over 10 years the owner disappeared in 2020 so yesterday two ugandians and two somalians came to our flat claiming that there are new owners.
in 2019 we as tenants we took Mr. franco to court regarding the conditions we were in.
we do have proof on what has transpired then.
Langlaagte police station knows about our matter.

we are now living in fear as we don't know if these people are really now legal owners, or they are part of hijackers.

we don't want to be evicted unlawfully before we know the truth.
we don't want to fight we want to know if it is legit that ugandians are now owners as we know franco then.

please assist before it gets out of hand.
