Dear Portfolio Committee on Higher Education, Science and Technology, thank you for attending to the certificate backlog matter. I note the meetings previously held relating the same. Kindly inform why there isn't a decentralised system for issuing certificates by now? I have been waiting for certificates for many months as well as my colleagues at work. We are held back by the lack of quick action in receiving the papers.

Kindly update me about where we stand as students and ex- students.
