Dear Standing Committee on Public Accounts (SCOPA), congratulations for highlighting the brazen theft of ratepayers money in the BCM.We have been taken for fools and very frustrated as there is little we can do about the misappropriation of public money happening right before us.
PLEASE, please follow through with your very welcome efforts at ensuring there will be consequences for this disgraceful behaviour by the government officials and their cohorts.
