Black Organisations Youth Boy NPC
Code of Conduct

1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct serves as a framework to ensure ethical, respectful, and professional behavior across all activities of Black Organisations Youth Boy NPC. It reflects our commitment to integrity, human dignity, and community empowerment.

2. Core Values

Integrity – We act honestly and transparently in all our work.

Respect – We treat all individuals with dignity, fairness, and empathy.

Accountability – We take responsibility for our actions and decisions.

Inclusivity – We embrace diversity and promote equal opportunity.

Community-Centeredness – We prioritize the needs, voices, and rights of the communities we serve.


3. Conduct Expectations
All members, volunteers, employees, and associates shall:

Abide by the laws and policies of South Africa and uphold human rights principles.

Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, exploitation, or abuse.

Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and actions.

Protect the privacy and confidentiality of beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Use organizational resources responsibly and only for official purposes.

Foster a safe, collaborative, and positive environment for youth and community engagement.


4. Conflict of Interest
Members must disclose any personal or financial interests that could influence their decisions or actions within the organization. Decisions must always be made in the best interest of the NPC and the communities we serve.

5. Reporting Misconduct
We encourage a culture of openness and accountability. Anyone witnessing unethical behavior, abuse, fraud, or any misconduct must report it to the appropriate leadership or designated committee, with assurance of confidentiality and protection from retaliation.

6. Breach of Code
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of involvement with the organization, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

7. Commitment
All individuals involved with Black Organisations Youth Boy NPC must sign and adhere to this Code of Conduct upon joining. It is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect best practices and legal compliance.
