Dear Select Committee on Trade and Industry, Economic Development, Small Business Development, Tourism, Employment and Labour, please advise at what stage the Tourism Amendment Bill is. What is going to be done to deal with the very negative aspects in Sectional Title Schemes where airb&b or short-term letting is causing chaos. Multiple non-resident property owners short-term letting are making it impossible to manage sectional title scheme because of transients coming and going and not complying with the Rules. The practice of short-term letting/airb&b is ruining the "community" aspect of sectional title living.
