Dear Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development,

I, Mr. Stephen Legwabe a South African citizen of African ethnic group am fully behind the implementation of the proposed policy which is a good initiative in relieving our challenge of landlessness. I am personally in the process of owning land for farming but the bottlenecking of the current system remain a challenge which affects my community and contributes to unemployment and poverty.
