We are a community base in deep villages of Hammanskraal namely Makapanstad, Lebotloane, Ngobi, Dipetlelwane just to mention a few. We are Beneficiaries of the Bela Bela Beneficiaries land claim. Mr Lefa Mabuela who currently the CEO, who also claims to be our Chief has taken full control of our farms to the benefit of only him and his family. We have no access to our lands, no records of our tenants and how much they paying, no financial reports, no AGM, nothing at all. Any who tries to ask questions is either fired or suspended as a Beneficiaries, even the so called committee members are subjected to the same treatment.

We would like help in tacking back control of our farms and we manage them ourselves as Beneficiaries. We would like Mr Lefa Mabuela investigated as well as we strongly believe that Mr Mabuela has sold parts of our lands and there is a lot of mismanagement of the community funds. He is hiding behind the CPA which he also controls and influences to his benefit
