Please find enclosed our correspondence and PLEASE NOTE the Interaction by Col Ndaba. When viewing the Annual report on Civil Claims against SAPS it is evident why. As a Cannabis Legal Consultancy who approached the Portfolio committee on Cannabis legislation as well and very involved in compliance and government regulations in this emerging market we do see a severe lack of professionalism from senior SAPS officials.

Note the conversation below – This Station commander is not worthy to work with the public – not even to mention professionals.
