Dear Portfolio Committee on Public Works and Infrastructure,
Please be advise that Appolis Builders suffered serious prejudice over 24 years as a result of corruption , fraud , extortion and more committed by National Public Works officials.
Despite The Portfolio Committee intervention in 2005 and in 2017 to settle the matter and all other cases with merit to no avail.
Instead the officials legal services and others made a mockery of Parliament instructions misled Parliament ,The High Courts and The Public Protector.
A Judgement was issued against The Minister of Public Works in favor of Appolis Builders with zero compliance.
This warrant formal charges against the The Minister and Public Works officials including The Presidential Hotline and others like SAQSP.
This Judgement warrant and serve as PAY BACK THE MONEY UNDERNEATH THE CARPET.
The remainder of damages to be dealt with through Public Works internal dispute process // Mediation said request drags as the norm for years now.
Kindly take note that legal services and others acting in bad faith :- maliciously prosecuting the complainant despite Parliament interventions or instructions.
Gadija Osman and others stop blocking communication or hold meetings on behalf of the complainant briefing the chairman on matters that got nothing to do with her and its not the first administrative offence.
I am requesting the members of the committee to retable this matter as an unresolved matter with urgency.
