Dear Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans,

I submitted an application to register as a military veteran on the 4th February 2020. This application was sent to Bisho Eastern Cape. I was informed after following up after some months that I need to resubmit my application directly to DMV.
My application was submitted on the 17th September 2020.
I received an acknowledgement of receipt stating that my application would be forwarded for verification and QA and then approval should all be in order.
I was also told that the process would take +/- 30 days to process.
Since then I have tried to follow up on progress without any success. The numerous telephone contacts I was given are not answered. E-mails are not responded to.
What do I have to do to know what has happened to my application.
